Cascahuín Tahona Blanco is a 100% agave blanco tequila.  
 It has a sweet and crisp taste with a honeyed mouth feel and dry minerality.  
 It has an herbal and grassy aroma with the smell of fresh agave. The taste is full of agave, minerals, and a little citrus.  

The name Cascahuín means “mountain of light”. Cascahuín has been produced since 1904, distinguishing itself for never faltering to select the best cultivated agaves in the Tequila valley area.  

The tahona process is a centuries old method used to squeeze the juice from the agave fibers to make tequila. A tahona wheel is made of volcanic stone and can weigh up to two tons.
