It includes a variety of finishes from casks that previously held Kentucky bourbon, Tennessee whiskey, apple brandy, port, and California Sauternes-style wine.

The whiskey is made from a mash bill that includes pale, crystal, chocolate, and black patent malts, along with Bamberg malt smoked over beech and alder woods. This diverse composition provides a rich and complex flavor profile. On the nose, you might detect cherry pie filling, chocolate mousse, caramel, toasted coconut, hazelnut, and butter pecan. The palate offers flavors of brown sugar, hazelnut, almond, white grapefruit, melon, and apple, followed by roasted coffee, milk chocolate, and clove on the finish.
