This 21st release in the Lot series is crafted from 100% barley, using various roast levels of two-row barley sourced from Wisconsin and Germany. The whiskey is aged in a unique combination of used Kentucky bourbon barrels, Tennessee whiskey barrels, American and French oak apple brandy casks, agricole rum casks, and California Sauternes-style casks.
Lot 21 is known for its complex flavor profile, featuring notes of dark chocolate, coffee, roasted nuts, orange peel, and tropical fruits on the nose. The palate offers flavors of bittersweet chocolate, honey, and light citrus, with a smooth finish. It is bottled at 43% ABV and was released in a limited quantity of 700 cases.
